Welcome to Neviax. By accessing or using our digital rights management, content monetization, page recovery, and consulting services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Neviax provides content protection, DMCA takedowns, revenue collection, security audits, and Facebook/Instagram page recovery support. Some services require you to authorize Neviax to act as your agent or manager on digital platforms (such as Meta Rights Manager or YouTube Content ID).
By signing our service agreements, you grant Neviax the exclusive or non-exclusive authority to represent your digital assets for the purpose of copyright protection and monetization management. You warrant that all content you submit is your original creation or you possess the necessary distribution rights.
Unless specified otherwise, our rights management and monetization services operate on a revenue-share model. Collected earnings are distributed to the creator according to the agreed percentage, after deducting any bank fees or platform charges. Detailed financial reports are made available monthly.
While we leverage official relationships and advanced systems, Neviax cannot guarantee the exact resolution time or outcome of account recovery or rights disputes, as final decisions rest entirely with platform operators (Meta, Google, ByteDance, etc.).
